Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely! All orders (excluding sale items and custom collections) are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
Please note:
For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used items from our fragrance and candle collections are non-returnable.
Jewelry damaged from regular wear is not eligible for exchange.
If you've exchanged a product once, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
No matter the reason—wrong size, product arrived damaged, or simply changed your mind—we’re happy to help with a return or exchange. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.

What if I simply don’t like my item?
We understand! That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, just contact us to start a return.

How do I return an item?

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with the return instructions and address.
✔ Items must be unused to qualify for a return.
✔ Original packaging is preferred for a smooth process.
✔ Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange immediately.
Refunds will be issued within 1–2 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
